Project Initiation
Upon starting a project, a detailed scope of work and project timeline will be established and communicated to the client. This will include key milestones and deliverables to set clear expectations.

Project Revisions
We understand that adjustments may be necessary during the development process. Websitedesignprofs.com offers a reasonable number of revisions to ensure the final deliverable aligns with the client’s vision.

Refund Policy – Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all our services. While we strive to meet and exceed your expectations, we also understand that circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is designed to accommodate client concerns.
Refund Requests Process
All refund requests should be communicated to our refund processing department at refund@websitedesignprofs.com.
We reserve the right to approve or disapprove requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility Criteria for Refund Requests
Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:
The request is made within 12 hours of the initial design samples’ delivery.
No revisions have been posted on any of the initial design samples provided.
The request is communicated directly to the support department.
Violation of the User Agreement will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Extinguishment of Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is extinguished under the following circumstances:
Special package selection.
Approval of the primary design concept.
Requested revisions.
Cancellation unrelated to the company.
No contact with the company for more than 2 weeks.
Violation of company policies.
Approaching another company or designer for the same project.
Lack of required information in the creative brief.
Demand for a complete design change.
Refund request beyond the specified timespan.
Business closure or name change.
Reasons such as “change of mind” or “disagreement with a partner.”
Refund Exclusions and Limitations
Refunds are not applicable after 15 days from the date of purchase.
Services such as Social Media Management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
For websites and mobile applications, refunds are not entertained once the client has approved the design for development.
Claiming Your Refund
To ensure approval of your refund request, please adhere to the following process:
Specify your concern via phone, live chat, or email.
Our team will attempt to resolve your concern through our revision policy.
If unresolved, we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
Post-Refund Conditions
After a refund is processed, design rights are transferred to Websitedesignprofs.com, and clients are prohibited from displaying any version of the refunded design.
Delivery Policy
All design order files are delivered to the client’s Account Area as per the date specified on the Order Confirmation.
An email is also sent to notify the client about the order delivery.
Policies pertaining to revisions and refunds are subject to the date and time of order delivery.
A design order reference number is provided upon order placement, allowing clients to track progress and submit revisions.
All customized design orders are delivered via email within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the scope of the order.
A Rush Delivery service is available for an additional $100, which provides initial logo samples within 24 hours.
Revision Policy
We provide guaranteed unlimited revisions, free of charge, provided that the concept and design remain the same.
Standard revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
For websites and mobile applications, revisions are applicable only during the design stage. Once development begins, revisions are not entertained.
For 2D and 3D designs, revisions are limited to three (3) rounds.
Revisions are considered exchanges, not new designs.
Means of Reaching the Company
All valid communications regarding projects, delivery, revisions, and completion must be conducted via one of the following channels:

Bill of Rights
Safe Shopping: Clients shopping on our site are guaranteed secure transactions. If preferred, orders may also be placed by phone.
No Obligation: Our Personal Notification Services (e.g., email) are free of charge, with no obligation to purchase.
Unsubscribing: Clients may unsubscribe or change notification settings anytime by visiting the “My Account” section.
Updates: Clients will occasionally receive email updates about new services, features, and offers. If you do not wish to receive them, preferences can be updated in “My Account.”
Important: Use of stolen credit cards is strictly prohibited and considered a serious crime. We actively collaborate with authorities to fight cybercrime, and all fraudulent orders are reported to Federal and State agencies.
